Martinell's has been serving the community's wild game processing for over 20 years with our clean modern facility, vacuum packing and the use of only the highest quality ingredients you are assured the best possible processing in the region. All animals are individually custom cut and packaged for quality assurance. We also make great quality smoked products such as bologna, slim jims, kielbasa, hot and mild jerky, and salami. We open annually at the beginning of archery season thru the late muzzleloader season. Othe processing dates are available by appointment.

NOTICE

All game must be legally harvested and properly tagged! We will not accept untagged game.

Interstate 80 to Tannersville Exit # 299. Right off exit, route 715 North, to first light. Left onto Sullivan Trail. 1 mile to left onto Camelback Rd. Martinell's Deer Processing is a quarter of a mile on the left side.
